R.Kuwait once dominated the shortwave in the ME in signal strength. I
think they used to have 250 or 500KW senders. Definetely was wiped out
in 1991.

Even in 2005, they were still running 500 kW - their signal was potent
every where I heard them. I had no idea they reduced to 100 kW,
although if their target is just the ME I'm sure that's adequate.

You can sometimes hear them on 1520 BCB, they are running 500kw there. I
picked them up in South Florida, one mile from the ocean.
