cards, no signature or TX power, "Radio Africa" with photo of serious-
looking gentleman (Station manager in GUE?) standing in front of R.
Africa transmitter. *Also cover letter, station info and sked :-) *For
reception reports by mail and by e-mail to Equatorial Guinea (+ $2 on
the letter), sent from HQ in one envelope in Pleasanton, California.
