Hi - Anyone here know of sources for either:
~Foreign postage stamps, or ~International Business Reply Envelopes - allows instant pre-addressed no-postage return mail under 2 oz. This latter item is an official USPS sale item advertised on their website, costs about a buck and a half, but is not apparently available via mail order from USPS (the search engine does not turn it up as an item). It sounds nearly ideal to give a prospective QSL issuer an easy way to ship. Not too interested in IRCs right now... Thanks, Bruce Jensen |
