VOA - Madagascar on 12080 at 0454 UTC

MADAGASCAR[non]. 12080, VOA via Madagascar in Engl at 0454,
June 24. VOA News coming in good w/ report on global spread of
cocaine and synthetic drugs. VOA ID, sports nx, off in the middle
of soccer report at 0458. Yesterday, R. Australia-Brandon was good
at this time. By 0502, traces of RA's English news could be heard,
tho weakly. (Icom R75 / Eton E1XM, Mike Bryant, Louisville, KY)
