starting professional careers after graduating - they need to
be prepared for substance abuse testing as a condition of
employment and random drug tests on the technological jobs

have to be certified and will prove to you that you ought to

cases. She's an administrative lawyer with the state of KY, handling
state enforcement of laws against coal companies caught violating
their mining permits. You'd probably even like her, Steve,
