Your post makes it sound as if Obama is responsible for the 16 year
old Federal restriction on new showerheads. Some dozen STATES as long
ago as 1992 (that's 18 years ago) had put restrictions on new
showerhead manufacture. Don't worry, you will not need to rip out
your old showerhead and purchase a new one.

It's sad when people are so desperate to say something bad about Obama
that they have to stoop to claiming he's responsible for making
showerheads "low flow". That's been happening, like you said, since
REAGAN was in office.

And it's apparently too difficult for some of these people to drill the
hole out and make your new showehead flow just like an old one.
