Your post makes it sound as if Obama is responsible for the 16 year
old Federal restriction on new showerheads. Some dozen STATES as long
ago as 1992 (that's 18 years ago) had put restrictions on new
showerhead manufacture. Don't worry, you will not need to rip out
your old showerhead and purchase a new one.

showerheads "low flow". That's been happening, like you said, since
