As long as small businesses get rebates, sure. Taxes are the traditional
American way to influence behavior. They should add the cost of the
wars to the gasoline tax, again with rebates for small businesses,
taxis, etc.

2012 is a long time away. More than enough to swing back and forth a
dozen times...

Yeah, in fact of the business, the National Barrel Horse Association
competion event thangy is going on here.The motels are full, restaurants
are pretty much packed (according to the lady tv reporter on WLBT tv
news) , there are people here from as far away as Panama and Australia
whom are competing in the Barrel Horse racing event.
