Puhu Radio (pirate)

Puhu radio - (not sure of spelling) - 6925 kHz USB - Two young pirate
operators discussing cartoons, video games - playing some strange
electronic music, rock. One operator said his name was Nick, other one
might have been Rick, not sure. (Sounds like they are 10 or 12) -
0130UT - 0153UT Strong signal into Michigan.
