Reading briefly through this thread, I'm not sure that he is F***ed
legally, unless he was making claims that HD radio provides good sound
quality, but even then things get difficult when you try to actually
prove that it doesn't.

HOWEVER. If this creates a lot of publicity about the problems of
HD-Radio, ten perhaps HD-Radio sales will become even more F***ed than
they already are, which may be the beginning of the end for HD-Radio.
