That may be why everyone says HD Radio sound so good. Maybe it actually only sounds good because the "analog" broadcast is really no such thing. I've never listened to HD on a home system with a high end amplifier and speakers, only in a vehicle where it's so much better than analog FM that the reaction I get from the spousal unit when we're on an HD station is "is that a CD you're playing?"
