Don't know of any standard time station operating on 20MHz at
present,other than WWV. Could be some utility/service transmission.

Could be one of those guys in Cuba running one of those transmitters
built from scavenged CFL parts.

Just kidding. One of the most interesting shows on shortwave is Arnie
Coro's DX'ers Unlimited on Sunday and Tuesday night on Radio Havana.

Unfortunately, Arnie has his head up his Communist ass these days with regards to keeping
RHC's transmitter plant properly working and also with jamming other countries
transmissions.

Ah, the 'workers paradise'.

Its a free-for-all around 6.0Mhz. It seems as if everyone feels they
need to be in the first 100kHz of the band. I hope as the upper bands
open up that the radio broadcasters will take advantage of it and give
a little breathing room to the lower bands. I finally heard Radio
Serbia's interval signal last week. Either a station moved or the band
was short and closer stations were blacked out.

What time is Arnie on tonight? If it's early enough I'll try to give a listen. I hear he's
been bashing Glenn Hauser lately.
