Strangely, the modern bedouins of today have more rights (and modern
facilities,supplied by the gov't) than at any time in their history .
And if you are refering to the Negev desert, the water pipes were
built for supplying the people down there years ago . I've seen it
myself ,nearly 40 years ago... unless you are thinking of Yemen or
Sudan . Now that is a whole different ballgame...
