College Educated Individuals ? For every Teacher you need a Supermarket Clerk. For every Lawyer you need a several Policemen. For every Doctor you need a few Plumbers. For every Engineer you need a few Carpenters. For every Scientist you need a few Garbagemen. For every Journalist you need a many Retail Clerks. For the many many Hungry you need a few Farmers. For every Government Employee you need a Tens of Tax Payers. Generally the number of Individuals needed by a Nation/Society to have an Over-Educated Cadre to in the over-all 'mixed' of Educated, Skilled and un-skilled members of that Nation/Society is around 15% [~1-in-7].
