I find small pocket digital camera a better bet as I am more likely to
carry it. I have two cheapies and they are handy for those candid shots
that pop up unexpectedly. I might just buy another with higher
resolution in the near future. The DSLRs just seem too bulky to carry
around unless you're into some serious photography. I used to use my old
SLR about 30 or 40 years back when I was travelling OS a lot and didn't
mind carrying some gear. Hmm, now that I come to think of it, I wonder
where that camera is? I haven't seen it for over 25 years.

My problem with small stuff is that I lose it. I have a very nice Fuji
4.4 MP camera slightly larger than a Minox. Somewhere.

I do serious photography, if you mean using depth of field and other
variations from the "point and shoot" Green setting. I have a 105 mm
lens and a 200 mm lens. I still have a 35mm SLR, but going to the Rite
Aid is a pain. I do have a killer picture of the comet I took on it. How
many you got one of those?

I said before, several times before, I don't tote, and that is the
Truth,,, I Don't Tote, besides, I am scared I might drop my ATRIX phone
and break it.
att.com/Tutorials

This afternoon, I taking my Motorola ATRIX phone and my Motorola ATRIX
back over there to that AT&T retail store and get somebody over there to
give me some OJT = On Job Training on how to Bookmark some of my
favorite news sites (onlinenewspapers.com kidon.com thepaperboy.com
online weather maps and weather sites and science and technology and
electronics sites and electronic gadgets sites and rec.radio.com and
rec.autos.tech and alt.gossip.celebrities and devilfinder.com and a
bunch of other online sites that I like.

I want my Motorola ATRIX stuff to do sort of like I do everyday with
WebTV.When I raise up my Motorola ATRIX laptop dock screen, (that turns
it on) I want to know exactly what to do to get to those Bookmarked
online sites that I want to go to everyday, a bunch of times everyday
and night.

Cloud Based Motorola ATRIX, not suppose to get viruses, is that the way
it works?

I reckon I am hopeing my Motorola ATRIX will sort of kind of take the
place of WebTV, if/when WebTV pulls the plug.

Yeah, I need to learn up on ATRIX stuff.
I don't care anything about facebook, twitter, social networking, those
two stupid cameras on there, in fact, I am going to put a little piece
of masking tape over those two stupid camera lenses.
cuhulin, the ATRIX

Most bookmarks or "favorites" are marked with a star nowadays. Are you
using Firefox? Chrome? Chrome uses a star.

My ATRIX has full Firefox Browser.I doubt if I ever will use it for
emailing and making phone calls.I have my ATT&T land line phone for
phone calling.I almost never use my phone.I am getting AT&T U-Verse on
March 7, I think that is two Mondays from now.In another month, maybe
two months, I am going to one of the Cowboy Maloney stores and buy an
HDTV thin screen tee vee set, about five or six hundred something
dollars, maybe a SONY.I do think so.

I seem to remember Motorola having a lot of technical difficulties with
their radios during the New York fiasco. Then they had the nerve to
advertise their 'expertise' in emergency communications. Lots of firemen
were cursing that outfit.

There were a dozen TV transmitters running full blast until the building
they were in fell down. Very difficult RF environment. Transmitters
should not be on occupied structures.- Hide quoted text -

The transmitters were NOT running full blast when the N.Tower
collapsed . All power was cutoff immediately following the impact . I
couldn't use my 2 cell phones or pager as of 9 AM . Nearly everything
was located on that single roof *!

Big time network TV stations use diesel generators when the power goes
out. They switch on automatically.- Hide quoted text -

I almost never do photos either.I am not a shutterbug.Last time I used
my Kodak FX 600 film camera was when I went to the Trail of Honor
event/thingy at Harley Davidson store area. That Trail of Honor has grown
to be about a mile/mile and a half long.
I will be back over there again, this year.
