Minicircuits is practically around the corner from me . Are you
referring to Perseus ? That's not exactly a very 'cheap' radio .
Unless, of course, some people gold plate theirs .


Isn't it like $500? That's pretty low end for a communications receiver
(even with the $300 computer you need to make it work). A radio is only
as good as the front end.
