UNID on 9420 at 0045 UTC

Listening on my Grundig Sat800, I'm hearing Arabic male vocals
weakly under a very strong Voice of Greece in Greek. The only thing
I can find in any list that might match this is VOIRI in Arabic from
Iran. Does anyone know the transmitter site for Iran in Arabic from
0000 - 0530 UTC? I don't think I've heard this broadcast before.
