the place of birth?

You are the one claiming that an announcement in a newspaper is some
type of legal and binding document which would risk prosecution, fine or
punishment if "doctored."

I am the one pointing out that an announcement in a newspaper means
nothing ...

That might be rather hard for you to prove, since the grandparents
address is used one would suspect it was the grandparents of Anns'.
