Hearing Arabic on 7245 kHz @ 0638 & 0710 UTC
on 18 June 2011 and 0615 UTC on 20 June 2011 S--Meter : S1~S5 with SIO 343 and fair audio Male Voice in Arabic for Prayers fair audio plus some Music and Songs *Note* No IDs Heard Only listing for Arabic on 7245 kHz around that time is Radio Mauritanie. http://www.schoechi.de/af-mtn.html http://www.tdp.info/mtn.html |

Yeah a 'National' [Country/Government] Shortwave Radio Broadcaster like Radio Mauritanie on 7245 kHz can do what-ever El Presidente lets/directs them to do. They are transmitting off the Coast of Africa East towards Africa not the USA/North America {West}.
