That 'grey stuff' is Fukishima Radioactive stuff.

Actually, Coal is Radioactive.

Asians wear dust masks because of the "yellow wind." Windstorms whip up
fine sand from the Gobi desert and winds aloft carry it all across China,
Korea, Japan and parts of Siberia and even sometimes to the west coast of
the US. Nasty stuff, that.. even the military won't let the troops work when
it's at its worst.

detectors after the Fukushima meltdowns.
