Possibly you are overlooking the fact that "they done made them so
fancy" that a 150,000 or 200,000 mile life is not uncommon, a feat
rarely matched by the old beaters. Generally speaking, the new cars
don't need a shade tree mechanic.

New Cars & Trucks with CPU Based Electronics
Ignition Systems... you can Disable Them All
with an EMP Blaster.

A Nuclear based EMP High Altitude Attack has
the potential to Disable {Stop} ~15% of the
135M Cars and Trucks in the USA : Resulting
in ~20M Vehicles Blocking the Streets and
Highways : Clogging & Blocking Them and
creating a nation-wide Traffic Jam.

Dave,

I also do most of my own work.

I have two Suzuki 660cc one FI. I get 28k to the Liter!

They are great, the fi even runs a AC. and is an autumatic in a Carry Van.
The others in a 4X4 pickup Carry.

I do my own tuneups, brakes, body maintenance, etc. There's not much
else to do on a 100% made in Japan car. I will need to split the engine
in 2 at 100K to replace the timing belts and water pump. But that's the
curse of getting 175 HP out of a motor the size of a carryon bag.

It must be a typo . More like "28Km to the Liter" . Just missing a
single letter could lead to a lot of misunderstandings !

Picker Sisters, Tracy Hutson and Tanya McQueen, on the Lifetime
channel. They act kind of 'catty'.They are starting their own
antiques/junk store in Los Angeles. They are in Cajunland, that is where
real Good old junk is.
Los Angeles doesn't have real Good junk, that's why the Picker Sisters
have to travel for the real Good stuff.
