What time do they guesstimate that Satellite Junk will hit?

The latest guesstimate is between 0100 and 0400 UTC tomorrow, but
trending later.

That's 6 o'clock tonight here in Goonyville.

The latest estimate is 0400 to 0600 UTC and trending even later. There
was no sign of it when it went over here an hour ago. Seeing wasn't
especially good, but UARS is probably barely even warm yet.

How has HF been the last three days? The last time I listened, 18MHz was
open almost all night, and UARS was falling like a stock market index.

17m goes away here around sunset; 20m isn't much better. 40m was rocking
last night, but it was all RTTY dinosaurs.

FYI, next time check UStream. They had 2 channels with UARS tracking
maps. NASA Select doesn't do news that ain't in a flight plan.

The odds don't dissuade people from buying Lotto tickets...

Yesterday it looked as though at least some of it would come down in
Europe. Now the sun's quiet again and it has a few more hours of
life.

I'm insane? You are the one taking fanciful idol rambling as seriousness.
