I tried to trap some damn tree rats, bit the damn ants get to the bait (peanuts and peanut butter) and the damn tree rats won't even go into my Havaheart animal trap. I once read at a recreational vehicles website about pouring some salt around the tires and steps to keep the ants out. I might try that with my animal trap. What would P.E.T.A do?
