I have them here at 1930 in Arabic to the Middle East on 13640. According to
EiBi they switch to French at 1945 to West Africa.

Looks like activity has picked up. Lots of flares to celebrate the
4th. 40 meters is pretty rough. K index is 4 with solar wind heading
our way for 2nd or 3rd of July.
