At 15:40 through 15:45 I have been receiving a very weak AM signal on
13.560MHz. Smack in the middle of the ISM/HiFer "band".

Latin sounding music with a female buried too deap in the noise to
understand.

Anyone else getting this?

Any guesses as to a prirate, HiFer gone wild or an out of band SW
station.

Let's not forget that Part 15 rules allow low powered transmitters on 13.560 without a license , though the chances of a few milliwatts making skip is very slim.
