top quality company that makes top quality products.I own two Johnson
thingys.One of them is an old 1940 Johnson two cylinder Outboard Motor
(I own a few more old,old Outboard Engines too,Outboard Boat
Motors/Engines,Elgin,Scott A****er) and the other thingy is a Johnson
two way business Radio.It has about three or four bands and it has
crystals.I used to know a gal by the name of Crystal.My favorite old
Edward G. Robinson movie,Larceny,Inc movie is on Radio tv now.

Oh, I did look, for 15 bucks interesting. I found this, at
http://www.lesswaiting.com/rv-radio.html :

"Borg Johnson HS912R Radio: This radio enables reception of ten
shortwave bands as well as AM and FM. The FM band is longer than usual,
so you can also receive the Japanese FM band (76-90MHz) if you travel to
Japan, or the audio for part of the television band. It has a built-in
speaker, DC power jack, earphone jack, telescoping antenna, and wrist
strap. It is not quite small enough to be considered a pocket radio, but
the slightly larger size seems to improve its performance as compared to
most pocket-size shortwave radios. It has good sound quality, not the
tinny sound produced by some pocket radios. The slightly larger size
also makes it easier to insert and remove batteries, and the radio
doesn't tip over easily. Unlike most smaller radios, it uses 2 "D" size

You can buy a little Bell & Howell AM/FM/Shortwave shirt pocket size
radio just as good for about eight or nine dollars.I own one.

My cat has hair, (I don't have any cats,no offense to y'all cats out
there,mind you) my dog has fleas,(my doggy owns me and we don't have any
fleas,I apply a little bitty tube of Bayer Advantage 55 [it works better
than Frontline,in my opinion] to the top of her neck on the 15th of
every month) They go anywhere,,,, they damn well please.(NO,they don't
either)
