How to check Grundig YB-400 when bying!!!

How to check Grundig YB-400 when bying!!!

Hello buddies!
I'm considerig to bye a Grund. YB-400 PE this week and as far as I can
understand units differ in quality greatly (from one another)...
So could you give me any advises as how to check the radio when bying?

I thought about Sony 7600, but can't find them on sale in Russia, but
Grund is available.
