BBC Internet Problem Fixed

The posting about the inability to access BBC web sites has been solved.
Apparently the problem was not with the local ISP that I was using, but
rather with a "routing block" of one of the carriers.
The response of those that posted actually helped in pin-pointing the
problem area.
