Similar irony during the blackout: let's say you wanted to know if
your Amtrak train was running. I believe radio stations were telling
you to get on Amtrak's website (using a laptop?). There, the Amtrak
website advised you to call an 800-number. Seems sort of out-of-whack,
no?
