Mike;

After the SW1 came the SW100. Still available, more features but in a
clamshell package which may or may not appeal to you.
Then came the SW07 which has everything plus the kitchen sink.
All of these sets sound bad to me, but they are about the same size as your
SW1 and have features and performance hard to match.
As for an aggreable little travel radio, I second the ATS606/DX399/R617
recommendation; it's a great set for not much money.
