We can force the Swarzennegger race to be almost on topic for this group.

A few years ago, a California FM pirate claimed the FCC had no jurisdiction
because his signal was undetectable well before it got to the California
border. I think the pirate lost, but the point is worth considering. How
much control should the Federal government have in matters which have no
effect outside a state's boarders?

Yah but that argument blows the heck out of "equal rights".

The guy in California thought he had a point but I'm in Vicksburg,
Mississippi, and I can see several thousands of feet into Louisiana.

Heck, my sneezes are probably heard in Louisiana!

Who thinks that the FCC (Friends of Clear
Channel) should either license micro
broadcasters or just flat allow them, e.g.,
Citizens' Band (I came across my CB license
a few months back).
