Subject: Does UTC observer daylight savings?
From: mike Date: 9/25/2003 8:08 PM Central Daylight Time Message-id: I use the IGL database browser and it says the UTC time. England observes Daylight savings so does UTC reflect this? Chaning my time clock on my computer to GMT gives me the daylight saving option. I can check that box and then the clocks dont match.
