At 1630 UTC, I'm hearing 600 - WMT out of Cedar Rapids,
and they're S9 + 20 here in the Twin Cities. I can't hear 990
out of Winnipeg, and they usually are good copy on the four
foot MW loop. Forget about HF, it's absolutely shut down, for
now.
