Default Data signal on 6050 around 0000?

There seems to be a constant data type signal around 6050 khz. I can
barely fish out Radio Exterior de Espana on 6055 underneath the mess
using narrowband AM and deep attenuation on my Yaesu, but the signal is
totally swamped by databursts every few seconds. I heard REE ID in
English at 0000 pretty clearly, but then it was blown away by this other
signal. Does anybody know what this data signal is?
