I picked up, at 03:00, an AM station at 530 kHz that identified as WVIP,
Mt. Kisco, NY, and (unintelligible) Island, West Indies. The broadcasting was completely in Spanish, and WVIP's normal frequnecy in Mt Kisco is 1310, so this had to be from the islands. Anyone know what the output power of their transmitter is? I can find no reference to this in WHAM or any other AM or LW log. Thanks, if you can help!
