interference on WBCQ - RadioBanter

interference on WBCQ

Last night and tonight I'm hearing some kind of interference, possibly a digital
signal, at intervals on 7.415. It lasts for several seconds and sounds like a
much-speeded-up SSTV signal. Does anybody know what it is?
