Where are you in Maine?
I'm in Lewiston, Maine and don't know very many people in this area that are
into SWL'ing.
I own 3 receivers, Icom R75, 2 Drakes, R8 and R8B.

I have a 70 ft random longwire facing east, west at 35 ft. and a McKay Dymek
Active Antenna at 40 Ft.

BTW, I couldn't hear that station either at 1400 or 1500 uct.
