Default CW Beacon on 6925?

I've been trying to do some Pirate DXing the last several week-ends here
in Southern California, typically tuning 6925 to 6955, without much
luck...

Today around 6925 at 0020z I'm hearing a CW beacon on 6925 sending either
"C" or "TR" around 20 wpm. (The length and spacing of the first character
is a little off.) A couple of weeks ago I heard the same beacon around
6953.

Anyone else hearing this?

No, but it most likely is a pirate propagation beacon.

*It's probably useful, even if it can't be SPICE'd*
