This site has been brought up recently in the hard-core-dx and SWL
mailing lists.

Looks like it might be a good way to translate for sending reception
reports, and the basic service is free.

Myself, I have relied for years on the Language Lab translation books
put out by Gerry Dexter, but this may be a bit easier to use.
