I realize you already have your radio,

Not quite yet... should be here any day...

And as pointed out previously, there is the cost difference.
Personally I don't mind using the a/c adaptor with converter
because I saved so much money buying the Degen version.


I see... how much does Lipyn charge for shipping? In some instances, high
shipping costs can negate savings, depending on how far the goods have to
travel.

Have fun with the DE1102!
