Hey Loser,

My lawyer wants the number to your prosecutor. Put your courage where your
mouth is and post it, please.

I think we can get this settled pretty fast.

I'm sure the prosecutor would be thrilled to have his/her number posted on
Usenet.
What a maroon.

Mikey thinks I'm kidding... someone should slap him up side the head and inform
him that I'm not. Maybe his 'attorney' will enlighten him.

I think if you aren't kidding you are going to spend a **** load of
money for nothing..

You obviously haven't been paying attention... as I stated in an earlier response to
you, obtaining a PPO is free. Can you spell it?

goodluck, you will really need it.

Ohhh...I see! So you really have no money to afford a real lawyer? You
better sell them radios then. That ought to be enough money to get you
about 2 hours with a real lawyer.

Let me try to explain this to you one more time. The PPO is free. That does not
necessarily mean that I do not have the money to hire an attorney, it's just in this
particular instance I have no need to hire an attorney.

I own my home, I have two vehicles, I have money in the bank, I have a 401k, I have
IRA's, I own 400 shares of Microsoft, 1000 shares of Tomkins PLC, etc, etc....

I haven't been to work in over 9 months, I'm 50 years old...

I'm sure you're smart enough to figure it out. Or not.

I'm sorry you lost your job and all. I can understand why you are
hunting a free attorney. Please let me know if I can help in any way.
Again, I'm so sorry you are down on your luck.

Not down on my luck at all. And I'm not hunting for a 'free attorney'. Bryant may be hunting
for one, but I am not in need of an attorney!

However, if you feel so inclined, you are free to make a donation. You posted my address
earlier, so you know where to send it!

OK...I'll send you a couple a bucks if you send me a Michigan quarter

Not even sure if I've seen one yet! As I understand it, they just came out. I can hit the bank
tomorrow and see if they've got any though. I'd be more than happy to send you one.

I guess it never occured to some in this thread that ADSL, cable, and T1
lines are not available to everyone.. I know several parts of the country
where, even in large cities, parts thereof don't have any choices BUT
dial-up internet (and, believe it or not, there are still some places in

the
Great USA that don't even have local dial-up)..

You must live in one of those apartment complexes with the 'digitally
expanded' telephone system.. basically, they take one live pair, and split
it into two lines digitally.. sort of a high tech party line.. my last place
outside Portland had one of those installed at the house so we could have
two phone lines without having to put in extra pairs. Best those can do is
28,800 because of the digital splitting..

Why don't you complain to AOL? He emails me too. I just set a rule in

Look boy, I'm telling you one last time here so try and pay attention. When
that PPO is issued, as I indicated to another individual, you, as I
understand it, will not even be able to respond to any posts I make here in
rec.radio.shortwave, as the court will take that as a form of harassment
itself.

So, as I said to them, I'm only making a reasonable request, and that is for
you to not send me any more emails.

Once again Bryant, your choice, not mine, I've made my choice, and that is
to file for the PPO.

I STRONGLY suggest you consult an attorney. Don't know how much clearer I
can make that. This is my last and final attempt to hammer the facts of the
matter home to you.

Seems pretty simple to me, simply agree with my reasonable request to not
send me any more emails, or, face the consequences of your actions.

We both know that you've faced the consequences of your actions with the law
in the past, this is at least one time when you yourself have a chance to
alter the outcome.

send me no further emails, and then we'll drop the issue. Pretty simple!

Didn't your 'attorney' explain that to you boy? Why on earth would a prosecutor
get involved with issuing a PPO? A prosecutor might indeed become involved if
the guidelines of the PPO were violated, but the issuance of a PPO in and of
itself does not involve a prosecutor, but merely the judge who looks at the
individuals petition to the court for the PPO... and either grants it, or
denies it, based upon the facts presented.

It's obvious to me that you have little or no knowledge of the law, other than

Seems pretty simple to me, simply agree with my reasonable request to not
send me any more emails, or, face the consequences of your actions.

We both know that you've faced the consequences of your actions with the law
in the past, this is at least one time when you yourself have a chance to
alter the outcome.

Your choice! I'll accept one more email from you indicating that you will
send me no further emails, and then we'll drop the issue. Pretty simple!

Well, which is it, Steve? Have you made up your mind or are you extending me
another chance to let you back out of this silliness?

Let me back out? Hardly, you are the one who will face the consequences, not me. I
have no reason to back out, should you decline my request. I know perfectly well
where I stand with regards to the law.

You're so clearly
distraught that you seem to reach both conclusions in your post.

I am truly sorry to have worked you up into such a frenzy. Please don't have a
heart attack. I really wouldn't have nearly so much fun if your anxiety caused
you to drop over.

I'll play nice if you stop being such a mean bully. Deal?

Mikey

Mikey thinks I'm kidding... someone should slap him up side the head and
inform
him that I'm not. Maybe his 'attorney' will enlighten him.

What is 'this one' all about Steve? I must have missed something or I haven't
got to the thread where it all started. {?}

No frenzy at all boy, I've simply and repeatedly made a simple request of you.

Please don't have a
heart attack.

No heart attacks here. Quite frankly I relish the thought of you getting
acquainted with the court system again, but that's your choice!

I really wouldn't have nearly so much fun if your anxiety caused
you to drop over.

I'll play nice if you stop being such a mean bully. Deal?

I'm no longer playing. The recess bell rang long ago boy.

You obviously don't read very well Bryant, as I've stated before, and I'll
state
here again, simply send me an email indicating to me that YOU WILL NOT EMAIL
ME
AGAIN, and I will consider the matter closed.

However, if you should email me again I will again be forced to pursue the
matter
with the Circuit Court here in Michigan.

Is anyone else reading this stuff? It's too good to be real. The court should
enjoy this comedy!

Steve, Mr. Maximum Intellect, please explain how I can meet the request in the
first paragraph without violating the edict established in the second?

I am assuming that you are simply so upset that your mind is not correctly
functioning!

This all stems from the fact that Bryant likes to send me an email response at the
same time he responds to one of my posts here in rec.radio.shortwave (Reply All).

I have indicated to him in the past that I do not wish to receive emails from him,
and he has declined to comply with my lawful reasonable request. Therefore, as
I've indicated to him, I will file for a PPO (Personal Protection Order) with the
Circuit Court here in Michigan which will order him to cease sending me those
emails.

Bryant seems to think that can't be done, however, I spoke with one of the judges
of the Circuit Court this afternoon and I was told that the sending of the emails
falls under stalking and harassment, and that a PPO can indeed be issued, since I
have requested that he not send them, and yet he continues to do so.

Seems like a reasonable request to me? However, Bryant thinks I'm being a bully by
making that request of him!

As I understand it, once the PPO is issued, Bryant won't even be able to respond
to any of my posts via email or here in rec.radio.shortwave, as the Court (and
myself at that point) would also consider that to be stalking and harassment.

I'm trying to give the boy an out here by simply agreeing to not send me any more
emails, however, he's being a bit hardheaded!

It's your mind boy, as I said, read it again, it's pretty clear! But let me try
once again. All you have to do to resolve this is send me an email stating that
you will no longer send me emails.

If you do email me after stating that you will not do it again, I will be forced
at that time to take up the matter with the Circuit Court. Clear enough boy?
