Steve Steve, is that supposed to be your attempt at offense? Pathetic. And an opportunity for a racial harassment counter-action... Dream on... you'd certainly have a hard time making a racial harassment 'counter-action' out of that! My reason for asking was that I received some emails from a few people who thought you might be... uh... African-American. And since I was calling you 'boy', that there might be a problem with that. I have provided quite specific descriptions of my ancestry many times in this NG. Is it true you were bribed by Pol Pot to do such a deliberate weak ass job in SE Asia? I never take bribes boy, contributions yes, but never bribes. |

However, if you should email me again I will again be forced to pursue the matter with the Circuit Court here in Michigan. Is anyone else reading this stuff? It's too good to be real. The court should enjoy this comedy! Steve, Mr. Maximum Intellect, please explain how I can meet the request in the first paragraph without violating the edict established in the second? I am assuming that you are simply so upset that your mind is not correctly functioning! ;-) Ok, Steve, you got me. I don't want the coppers busting down my door. But I need an answer. I'm sure the court system has something in place that would allow them to enforce the law. The main thing for me is that he would hopefully be restrained from sending me email! He stopped sending me email at a point yesterday, so hopefully he will continue to not do so. He has however refused to comply with my request to send me the email stating that he will not do so ever again after that point, nor has he stated here that he would not send any more. So I guess the ball is still up in the air. I may still have to head to the Circuit Court, because quite frankly, I do not find Michael W. Bryant to be a very trustworthy individual. If Bryant did violate the PPO then the court here would probably issue a warrant for his arrest, that in and of itself would not likely get Bryant 'extradited' to Michigan, however if he were ever stopped for a traffic offense, arrested on another charge, or if a background check were to be performed then that arrest warrant would show up. If Michael W. Bryant continued to violate the PPO, then I'm sure at some point in time the State of Michigan and the Commonwealth of Kentucky would have to come to some kind of terms as to the disposition of his case. I'm trying to give the boy an out here by simply agreeing to not send me any
more emails, however, he's being a bit hardheaded! Ah, I see. Yeah, he used to do the same thing to me, it did get kind of annoying. I asked in here and via 'his' email to stop and it ceased......sooooo I figured he learned how to do it. Good luck Steve, court isn't a fun thing.....you know....gas and tread wear on the tires...lol. ;-) |
OK so lets say you file the restraining order against Mike and he takes
another dump in your mailbox. What is the next step? Would it be an automatic contempt of court? How do you enforce it when he lives someplace else? Just wondering how something like this would be enforced. -- Oh yes Telamon, Steve CAN do it ( I checked just to make sure, thought he could, but wanted to know for 'sure') the *mileage* between the two don't mean jack. If someone politely asked me not to email me or they'd get a PPO, I'd have no choice. Just the way things work, it's pretty easy actually. |

Yes, I CAN do it! Bryant may have thought I was BS'ing him. I wasn't! All I requested was that he not send me unsolicited emails everytime he responded to one of my posts. A reasonable request. Hopefully he'll behave! He really starts to pay attention when there is the possibility of the law getting involved, otherwise he seems to have ADD. Steve Holland, MI Drake R7, R8 and R8B |

Yep, that's entertaining coming from someone of your immense intellect!! How often do you get outside, Steve, now that you don't work anymore? Every day Bryant. And you? "How often do you get outside" seems to be your typical childlike response these days Bryant. You got a 'fixation' about being outside? Better come up with some new retort! Michael W.
