the Circuit Court, and what they told me I reported here. You can choose to

One thing for sure is that I'll have a bunch of emails to take to the judge.

Oh yeah, one thing Mikey, I don't think that a prosecutor has much to do
with PPO's... it's pretty much submitted to a judge.

you up to speed.

Didn't your 'attorney' explain that to you boy? Why on earth would a prosecutor
get involved with issuing a PPO? A prosecutor might indeed become involved if
the guidelines of the PPO were violated, but the issuance of a PPO in and of
itself does not involve a prosecutor, but merely the judge who looks at the
individuals petition to the court for the PPO... and either grants it, or
denies it, based upon the facts presented.

It's obvious to me that you have little or no knowledge of the law, other than
your pot bust!

Look boy, I'm telling you one last time here so try and pay attention. When
that PPO is issued, as I indicated to another individual, you, as I
understand it, will not even be able to respond to any posts I make here in
rec.radio.shortwave, as the court will take that as a form of harassment
