Didn't your 'attorney' explain that to you boy? Why on earth would a prosecutor get involved with issuing a PPO? A prosecutor might indeed become involved if the guidelines of the PPO were violated, but the issuance of a PPO in and of itself does not involve a prosecutor, but merely the judge who looks at the individuals petition to the court for the PPO... and either grants it, or denies it, based upon the facts presented. It's obvious to me that you have little or no knowledge of the law, other than your pot bust!
