I'll throw in my 2 cents...
WCBQ with "fluttery" audio competing with VOA. The result of the 2 signals is a steady s-9. I'm using a 50 foot wire and A-D DX-SWL sloper into an MFJ 1026 signal enhancer and a Drake R8B in Ventura, Ca.
