Of course the licenses the FCC did issue, for the most part, are a total waste of spectrum space. Who really listens to garbage like TIS and garbage dump hours, or more religeous stations (seems to me there are plenty of those already on the air, including about a thousand satelators for a couple large Christian stations). |
