In World War Two,the Dutch govt was experimenting with a "self fireing"
gun.It was designed to be dropped from the air via Aircraft and it was
suppose to stick straight up in the ground via a spike that was
attatched to the bottom of the gun and that was suppose to automatically
start the gun revolving around and around horizontaly and be shooting at
the enemy.But they figured it might wind up killing more Dutchies than
the enemy,so they abandoned that bright idea.
