Their schedule starting on March-28 shows:

2051-0458 15720 19m All Pacific

Can that frequency (15720) be right? They've never used a frequency that
high in the 19m band.


Apparently so. That's part of the expanded 19 meter band approved at some WARC or
another. Some stations of course are already 'moving in'.
