Maybe their engineers are asleep? I'm curious? If its ongoing that's a bad sign. Brian Beats me. I wanted to document that others were hearing it too. They apparently have a problem with one of the their transmitters. My guess is that this problem TX is the same one they use on 9515, because back around Christmas, I heard the same splatter problem. Steve (above) heard the splatter also and responded to a post I made to the newsgroup. This evening, I was trying to listen to VOA on 9775 and they were all over them. Tuned up to 9820 and noticed they were interfering with Radio Havana also. I checked 9515 and the problem was not apparent this morning. Have to check 9755 again this evening.
