You'll need a second receiver, tune the one to 9755, then go up and down
the band with the other. You'll hear the splatter on the modulation
peaks.

What's their problem, over modulation? Maybe bad bias of the finals? Maybe
their engineers are asleep? I'm curious? If its ongoing that's a bad sign.

Brian

Beats me. I wanted to document that others were hearing it too. They
apparently have a problem with one of the their transmitters. My guess
is that this problem TX is the same one they use on 9515, because back
around Christmas, I heard the same splatter problem. Steve (above) heard
the splatter also and responded to a post I made to the newsgroup.

This evening, I was trying to listen to VOA on 9775 and they were all
over them. Tuned up to 9820 and noticed they were interfering with Radio
Havana also.

I checked 9515 and the problem was not apparent this morning.

Have to check 9755 again this evening.
