It's 0020 GMT. If you can hear RCI's french broadcast on 9755 kHz splattering on 31 meters, then please respond. How wide of a splatter are we talking about? Last night I heard something splattering on WWV on 10MHz, and in trying to identify it I found a garbled voice transmission that sounded vaguely French spread over a very wide area peaking around 10060 kHz. It was spread so wide it sounded like an FM signal tuned in AM mode, but it just sounded like a buzz in FM mode. It's not there tonight. |
